Can I use my own artwork?
Yes. Upload your artwork or logo from the relevant product page. Make sure you have permission to use all submitted content.
What file should I upload?
Use the clearest file available. High-resolution PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, or other vector artwork usually provides the best starting point. Contact us if you are unsure.
How long will my order take?
Orders usually ship within 3–6 business days, including proof approval and production. Delays in artwork approval may extend processing time. Shipping usually takes 6–15 business days after dispatch.
